About the owner Mike Milewski
Long time Chicagoan needs to spend more time with family farm in Wisconsin has created this great opportunity to rent at TwentyTwo23West.
Mike is a second generation carpenter having learned from his father the old world traditional techniques of carpentry while also learning each new technique that made sense for the work they did. Mike has been featured in Chicago Homes and Gardens and has done large scale house additions and small work installing artistic moldings, baseboards and other woodworking.

Mike is an artist who is co-owner of Galaudet Gallery. Mike's work has been exhibited nationally. His Tiny Home design for affordable housing has won awards and has also been nationally exhibited.
Mike is a Chicago Conservation Corps member as well as holding 7 Certifications for different sustainable building practices.

Mike loves historical properties and conservation minded rehabs. He knows the gem of this place and wouldn’t leave it except for new work.
