Deck and Backyard

 

Yes there is a yard.  There is a Russian Elm Tree and a Blackberry tree.  There are rose of Sharon bushes running along the back fence which is for more than privacy at a height of 9 feet.  There is a place for a garden if you choose, or a chance to let the wildflowers planted there take over as the seasons turn.  There are day lilies along the other side of the yard and grass. 

 

The yard is shared with the 2nd floor tenant but the 1st floor back porch is all for you with room for furniture, a table and grill.  This new back porch is made of wood and can be used for more months than you may think as long as there isn’t any snow and the temps are above 40 it is often a nice getaway with its Southern exposure.
